You are invited to stay after class for herbal tea and time to connect in community. \nThis Earth Ways Yoga class will invite the embodiment of Gratitude as not only a mental attitude\, but as a way of moving\, breathing\, and relating to the physical body\, essence\, and the greater surroundings\, when it is brought into the body in conscious movement. \nThis event is offered on a sliding scale. The facilitators and artists receive a percentage of every ticket\, the more you pay the more they will receive.
